Unexplainable fear, trauma or repeated patterns? The myth behind Past Lives....

Are you scared of something and you can’t explain why? You feel traumatized by specific situations or types of people and you can’t make sense of the reason? You’re stuck in repeated patterns but you don’t know why or how to get out of that cycle?
Recently, somebody contacted me. She said they moved houses eight times last year. There was always an unhidden issue with the house—either it was moldy, some things were not functioning properly, some things were broken, and so on.
They’re now down to their 9th house move within a year. Can you imagine the nightmare of moving 9 times within 12 months?
Bad luck or unexplainable repeated patterns?
A successful career woman in her early 30s based in London contacted me last year. She’s been trying to find a partner and keen to have a love life, but she kept attracting the same avoidant type of men. She knows the pattern, she’s aware of it, but no matter how she avoids it, she always ends up meeting the same type of guy.
Another story was a client who was born with so much anxiety and guilt. She always spoke so fast, always anxious, and had that feeling that she had just committed a mistake or crime. She was taking 4 pills every day to calm the anxiety, to help her sleep, and to help her focus.
Unexplainable anxiety and guilt since childhood without knowing why.
I watched something on Telepathy Tapes about a kid who doesn’t want to take a shower. She has an immense fear of water.
Then they found out that in her past life, she drowned in a river—thus, the fear of water.
Some may not believe in Past Lives. I too didn’t believe in it way back. Until I saw 6 of my past lives.
“Unfinished business” or “unresolved issues” in your past life are creating these repeated patterns or unexplained trauma or fear.

With the examples i’ve given, this is what i found out after facilitating past lives with them.
The successful career woman attracting the same type of avoidant men—We discovered that in her past life, she was so keen to have a love life that she ended up choosing a guy for the sake of getting married. They had a child in that marriage. The guy then cheated and left her alone with their child.
Her past self told her to choose a man wisely, to not hurry in a relationship, so she doesn’t end up making the same mistake.
The woman who was born with too much anxiety and guilt—We discovered that in her past life, she killed her husband, the mistress of her husband, and her child. This explains why she felt so guilty and anxious in this lifetime. She committed a crime in her past life.
These repeated patterns, unexplained fears, and emotional trauma often don’t start in this lifetime—but they show up until real healing happens.
These real life stories are not coincidences. They’re real and once all the “unfinished business or unresolved issues” in their past lives were resolved, something magical happened in their lives.
She finally met the love of her life.
She finally started to feel calm and at peace not needing to take any pills anymore.
It’s not about fear, bad luck, or you being “broken.” Maybe it’s about your soul asking to be seen, heard, and finally healed.
The patterns you keep repeating are not here to punish you, but to wake you up. Until the lesson is acknowledged, it repeats—in love, in fear, in anxiety, in life itself.
Past life regression is not about living in the past, but about healing the root so repeated patterns no longer control your present.
When you heal the root, the pattern no longer needs to exist. And sometimes, healing doesn’t start in this lifetime—it starts by understanding the one before it.
