Why You Keep Getting Stuck in the Same Loop? And What Past Lives Have to Do With It
I ran a pattern recognition on the past life regression sessions I've conducted recently. I wanted to see what kept showing up — the recurring theme, the recurring past life archetypes, and where the real block was happening.
Here's what I found.
The recurring theme: stuck in a loop
Almost every client comes to me stuck in a loop. A repeating cycle of wanting to move forward, and stopping themselves.
Sometimes it's a relationship — romantic, mostly, but not always. Sometimes it's purpose. A calling they can't shake but also can't seem to act on.
Either way, it's the same pattern underneath: fear, guilt, grief — and a loop of indecision and self-abandonment that just keeps repeating.
The recurring past life archetypes
When we go back, two archetypes show up again and again.
Self-sacrifice. Loving and taking care of others before themselves. Giving, giving, giving — until there's nothing left over for their own life.
Dying before finishing their purpose. Killed, betrayed, or losing someone they loved before they could complete what they came to do. And that unfinished mission doesn't just disappear — it follows them into this lifetime as an intense calling. A pull toward something they haven't let themselves fully go after yet.
The emotional bottleneck
Almost every time, the real bottleneck comes down to one of two things: forgiveness, or self-permission.
Forgiving the people who hurt them, betrayed them, or killed them in that past life. And it shows up here, now, as someone who finds it hard to forgive — even when they want to.
Or giving themselves permission. Permission to love, to care for themselves, to go after their own happiness first — before they think of everyone else.
I'm seeing this everywhere, not just in sessions
I've noticed this same pattern showing up in Threads posts too. Fear, guilt, grief — leading straight to indecision and self-abandonment. It's not just my clients. It's everywhere.
Here's how it breaks down energetically:
Fear lives in the root chakra. It's about safety and security — usually rooted in what you didn't have growing up.
Guilt lives in the sacral chakra. The feeling that you did something wrong, or that someone did something wrong to you. The sacral chakra governs creation and abundance — which is exactly why guilt sitting there blocks so much.
Grief lives in the heart chakra. The feeling of losing something — a person, a thing, or even losing yourself somewhere along the way, in situations that were never fully in your control.
So — do you see yourself in this?
If any of this sounds familiar — if there's an invisible block that shows up no matter what you do, no matter how hard you try — it's highly likely something from a past life is still playing out in this one.
