I know what it feels like to have everything on paper — and still feel completely lost inside.

For 17+ years, I climbed the corporate ladder. CPA. MBA degree. A well-paying job in Paris. A title that impressed people at dinner parties. But behind the polished LinkedIn profile was a woman burned out, disconnected from herself, and quietly wondering: Is this really it?

Where it all began?
The spiritual awakening started when I was 28. I was sitting in a conference room in our US office when everything suddenly went still. Time stopped. I had an out-of-body experience — I could see myself in the room, as if from outside. And then I heard a voice, clear as a whisper in my ear:
"This is not your life. Your purpose is to touch people's lives and inspire others. You need to retire from corporate on or before 40."
I didn't fully understand it then. So I kept going but i know at some point life will unfold for me.
This was the start of my spiritual journey - seeking answers, searching for meaning, and finding myself.

The start of my Energy Healing & Deep Inner Work Journey
In 2019, I’m already slowly getting burned out. I learned energy healing — not as a spiritual practice at first, but as survival. It worked in ways I hadn't expected. I also enrolled in a hypnosis course to heal my inner child wounds and a lot of deep emotional blocks.
Then the pandemic changed everything.
Working a high-stress job while building a startup on the side pushed me into full burnout.
During the second lockdown, I managed to travel. And somewhere along the way, watching people with simple lives — no fancy titles, no career roadmaps — living with more joy and contentment than I'd felt in years, something shifted in me profoundly.
I quit my job. With 17+ years of professional experience, some savings, and no concrete plan — just trust — I walked away.
What happened next was something way beyond my imagination...

I was meant to fly to Costa Rica. I landed in Costa da Caparica, Portugal instead. (Similar name. Very different place. The universe has a sense of humor.)
What followed was a series of synchronicities that led me to Ayahuasca ceremonies (I have this calling to do one)— experiences that stripped away the "persona" I hadn't even known I was projecting.
The second ceremony brought what's called an ego death: a raw, terrifying, and ultimately liberating confrontation with the "inner garbage" that 17 years in corporate had quietly built up inside me.
I didn’t want to do any Ayahuasca ceremony after that but during one meditation, that voice whispered, i should go for another ceremony.
It was after that ceremony that my gifts fully opened. I began seeing chakra colors and auras, hearing messages, sensing what was happening in people's lives without them saying a word. I thought I was losing my mind. Instead, I was finally finding my purpose.
That epiphany at 28 finally made sense.
Today, I combine extensive training and experience in energy healing, my psychic gift, life coaching certification, and my personal journey with something no textbook or course can teach — The full personal transformation and spiritual journey.
The lived experience of burnout, anxiety, depression, loneliness, and the long road back to wholeness.

I've felt the darkness. I've done the work. And I've distilled it into a practical framework that helps people move through their healing faster — because you don't have to spend years in the dark the way I did.
I'm also a published author of two books: Up UP & On My Way! Journey to the Top — a career guide that reveals what corporate life doesn't tell you — and Sea of Silver, a modern philosophy about life, love, and dreams.
I'm here to fulfill my soul's purpose — and to walk alongside those who are ready to do the real work: releasing what no longer serves them, reconnecting with who they truly are, and transforming their lives from the inside out.
