1. Be in the present moment

Thinking too much about the future (overplanning or over-strategizing) leads to anxiety.

Thinking too much about the past leads to sadness or depression.

Just being fully present quiets the monkey mind.

2. Perform deep reflections

When things aren’t going your way, choose reflection over frustration.

Ask yourself: What is this situation trying to teach me?

Learn from it and move on — no need to linger in failure.

3. Draw a line between ego and self-respect

When something bothers you or someone says something triggering, ask yourself:

Is this my ego reacting, or is my self-respect being violated?

If it’s ego, learn to let go.If it’s self-respect, learn to speak up.

4. Practice gratitude

Gratitude is a frequency that instantly shifts your energy.

When you express gratitude, you're affirming that you’re ready to receive more positivity.

5. Forgive

If you’ve made a mistake, forgive yourself and ask for forgiveness.

If someone has wronged you, forgive them.Holding a grudge is like carrying a weight in your chest — it doesn’t serve you.

6. Be of real service

Always check in: Am I doing this to truly help, or to feed my ego?

Creating real value and contributing to others' lives brings more lasting fulfillment.

7. Live a healthy lifestyle

A healthy diet supports a healthy body - and a clear, focused mind.

8. Keep alcohol consumption to zero/minimum

Less alcohol = a sharper mind, no brain fog, no hangovers.

Alcohol gives momentary happiness followed by hangxiety

HANGXIETY = Hangover + Anxiety

9. Move your body regularly

Exercise fuels your energy, clears your mind, and boosts your mood through endorphins.

10. Smile, laugh, and be gentle with yourself

Celebrate your wins.

When you mess up, show yourself compassion.

Smile often, laugh freely, and don’t take yourself too seriously.

Remember...

True peace begins within.

Be patient with yourself.

You're doing better than you think.
